You can only attend one stream per event. However, there are several event types running in 2019, and you are very welcome to attend more than one.
Once you have registered your place online, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will detail your delegate joining instructions (including venue information, map etc) and your place is guaranteed. Streams are likely to get booked up very quickly so if you have not received your confirmation email 48 hours after submission of your booking, please contact the customer services team on +44 (0)20 8267 4011 as there may be a problem with your booking. Haymarket Events are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time.
Yes. Please note that replacement delegate nominations must be made before the conference date. Replacement delegates will not be accepted on the day.

No, you must pre-register for the conference. Any delegates that arrive at the venue who are not registered will not be granted access to the conference.

A lunch voucher will be provided in London. Delegates can purchase tea, coffee and snacks at catering stations throughout the event and water coolers are available to fill up water bottles.
Refreshments and lunch are also included for the MIMS Learning Live North and Red Flags events

Registration for the event opens at 8am. Conference programmes usually start at 9.00am.

Yes there is free wi-fi access on site. The wi-fi password will be provided to you in the delegate documentation pack, which you will receive on the day of the conference.
These will be sent to you after the feedback survey has been sent out, within three working days after the event.
Your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall and at sponsored sessions. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and/or services – some of which may be promotional in nature, this overrides any previous opt outs given at the time of registration. If you do not wish to be contacted by our exhibiting companies you have the right to not have your badge scanned when visiting stands in the exhibition hall or attending sponsored sessions. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the sponsor.

The distribution of promotional material, except by exhibitors at their stands, is strictly prohibited. Visitors/delegates are prohibited from selling or promoting any product by word-of-mouth. The organisers reserve the right to remove any literature and to ask the person to leave.
