Amy Gittins is an ambitious specialist gastroenterology dietitian, working with adults and more recently paediatrics for over 10 years in the NHS. Amy is now Director of Wholefoods1st Nutrition Consultancy and has a strong interest in functional gut disorders, coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel disease. She enjoys clinical research and exploring the evidence behind nutritional guidelines. Amy loves working as one of the BDA educators in gastroenterology specialist subjects and writes articles for clinical dietetic magazines on topics such as gut health, coeliac disease and pre and probiotics.
