Dr Osman Bhatti is a practising GP and digital health leader with extensive experience delivering technology-enabled change across the NHS, with a particular focus on community and primary care services.
He works at the intersection of clinical practice, digital transformation and governance, helping NHS organisations design and implement safe, effective digital pathways that improve access, efficiency and patient experience.
Osman has led and overseen the deployment of multiple digital solutions within the NHS, developing technology-enabled clinical pathways and supporting meaningful patient engagement with health services. His current work explores the practical application of AI in healthcare, with a focus on clinical safety, information governance and ethical implementation, contributing to the development of policy and best practice.
He is a former NHS Chief Clinical Information Officer and currently works as a Clinical Consultant at Accurx.
