Booking Enquiries

Who can attend?

We accept registrations from UK-based healthcare professionals working in the NHS. We reserve the right to refuse free registration at our discretion – in this event you are welcome to contact our commercial team regarding attendance as a paying delegate. If you have any queries regarding this please contact us at medical@haymarket.com.

How do I register for the conference?

Bookings can only be made online. Please visit the events registration page. We are not able to take any registrations over the phone but if you have any problems making your booking online please call +44 (0)20 8267 4011 to speak to a member of the customer services team.

What is the booking confirmation process?

Once you have completed the online registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email 48 hours after submission of your booking, please contact the customer services team on +44 (0)20 8267 4011 as there may be a problem with your booking.

Joining instructions and a user guide (which explains how to use the digital event platform) will be sent to your registered email address a week before the event start date.

Haymarket Events are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time. If you need to amend your confirmation email address, please email medical@haymarket.com or call +44 (0)20 8267 4011.

Can I send a colleague in my place?

Yes. Please note that replacement delegate nominations must be made before the conference date. Replacement delegates will not be accepted on the day.

Can I share my place at the conference?

No, your colleague must also register.

I cannot make the date of the conference, can I still access the speaker presentations?

Where the speaker have given permission, presentations will be available to MIMS Learning subscribers following the conference on the MIMS Learning website. MIMS Learning is a subscription learning site and you must register to complete a module on MIMS Learning. MIMS Learning Live Digital content is open-access so that you can access them straight away after the free registration. CPD certificates will be issued on completion of a module and added to your CPD organiser.

Enquiries About Joining The Digital Event

How do I access the digital event platform?

MIMS Learning Live Digital will be delivered digitally via a bespoke event platform. Joining instructions and a user guide will be sent to your registered email address ahead of the event.

What happens if a speaker cannot attend?

Please note that speakers are sometimes prevented from attending for personal or business reasons. Although we do endeavour to find suitable replacements of a similar calibre, we cannot guarantee any specific case studies, speakers or sessions. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to check the website regularly for updates.

Will I receive a CPD certificate?

Certificates of attendance will be issued after the conference and sent to your registered email address, within three working days after the event.

Will my data be shared with exhibitors/sponsors?

Haymarket Media Group, publishers of MIMS, takes your privacy seriously. Learn more about how we use your information when attending one of our conferences.

Sharing your details with the content sponsor is always your choice and you will always be provided with a clear opportunity to indicate if you would prefer us not to share this information. If you would like to change your preferences please email us via circulationemail@haymarket.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the sponsor directly.

How can I get involved as a sponsor?

Who can I speak to for more information on the conference?

How can I give you my feedback?

We will provide a conference evaluation form to all delegates and this can be filled out on the day and handed to a member of the team when you leave for the day. Alternatively you can scan this and email it back to us along with any additional feedback at medical@haymarket.com.

This event is for qualified healthcare professionals. Anyone under the age of 18, including children and babies will not be permitted entry. Pharmaceutical companies will be at the MIMS Learning Live events.

The distribution of promotional material, except by exhibitors at their stands, is strictly prohibited. Visitors/delegates are prohibited from selling or promoting any product by word-of-mouth. The organisers reserve the right to remove any literature and to ask the person to leave.
