Booking Enquiries

Who can attend?

We accept registrations from UK-based healthcare professionals working in the NHS. We reserve the right to refuse registrations at our discretion. If you have any queries regarding registration, please contact: medical@haymarket.com.

How do I register for the conference?

Bookings can only be made online. Please visit the events book now page. We are not able to take any registrations over the phone but if you have any problems making your booking online please email medical@haymarket.com or call +44 (0)20 8267 4011 and speak to a member of the customer services team.

Can I register for MIMS Learning Live Digital on the day?

Booking for MIMS Learning Live Digital (22 – 26 June) will close at 12 midday (BST) Monday 22 June. We are unable to accept registrations after this time.

What is the booking confirmation process?

Once you have registered your place online, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will detail your delegate joining instructions (including a user guide which explains how to use the digital platform etc) and your place is guaranteed. Booking for MIMS Learning Live Digital (22 – 26 June) will close at 12 midday (BST) Monday 22 June. We are unable to accept registrations after this time. Haymarket Events are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time.

Can I send a colleague in my place?

No, your colleague must also register.

I cannot make the date of the conference, can I still access the speaker presentations?

Speaker audio/slide presentations will be available to MIMS Learning subscribers following the conference on the MIMS Learning website. If you are not already a subscriber you can find more details here http://www.mimslearning.co.uk/subscribe/section/7863/

What if I have special requirements?

If you have any particular requirements, disabilities, access or any other needs we should be aware of, please do let us know when you register your place. Alternatively, please email medical@haymarket.com to let us know how we can help.

What happens if a speaker cannot attend?

Please note that speakers are sometimes prevented from attending for personal or business reasons. Although we do endeavour to find suitable replacements of a similar calibre, we cannot guarantee any specific case studies, speakers or sessions. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to check the website regularly for updates.

Will I receive a CPD certificate?

These will be sent to you after the feedback survey has been sent out, within three working days after the event.

How can I give you my feedback?

We will provide a conference evaluation form to all delegates and this can be filled out on the day and handed to a member of the team when you leave for the day. Alternatively you can scan this and email it back to us along with any additional feedback at medical@haymarket.com.

This event is for qualified healthcare professionals. Anyone under the age of 18, including children and babies will not be permitted entry. Pharmaceutical companies will be at the MIMS Learning Live events.

The distribution of promotional material, except by exhibitors at their stands, is strictly prohibited. Visitors/delegates are prohibited from selling or promoting any product by word-of-mouth. The organisers reserve the right to remove any literature and to ask the person to leave.
