Alison Clark, BSc (Hons), Registered Dietitian, mBDA and Director of AC Health & Nutrition

Alison’s career started in the NHS, after gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition & Dietetics in 2000 from the University of Surrey. After a solid foundation in the NHS, Alison set up her own business, AC Health and Nutrition, which has been running for over 20 years.

This successful nutrition consultancy profession combines Alison’s flair for public speaking with specialist work and projects in the medical and pharmaceutical fields; having undertaken 12 clinical trials for ACBS approval and nationwide public health projects such as Xpert for Diabetes education along with the DWP “LiveWell, WorkWell” 3-year Government initiative to tackle workplace health.

Alison regularly works in the media; quoting in national newspapers and working on the popular TV series; “Food: Truth or Scare” with Gloria Hunniford.

With a strong track record of translating complex nutritional science into practical, relatable content, Alison is passionate about making evidence-based nutrition accessible and engaging to the public
