Hannah Whittaker

Specialist Paediatric Dietitian

Hannah Whittaker is a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience in nutrition, including 8 years as a registered dietitian. She currently works in the NHS with a specialist interest in allergy alongside running her own private practice, Bump2Baby Nutrition.


Hannah has extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing cow’s milk allergy (CMA) in infants and children. She works closely with GPs, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to improve allergy pathways, streamline prescribing practices, and enhance patient outcomes.


Alongside her clinical work, Hannah contributes to national allergy guidelines, speaks at conferences, and supports charities advocating for better allergy care. She is also a key member of the BDA Paediatric and Food Allergy subgroups.


Hannah is also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, regularly dispelling myths and educating the public on paediatric and pregnancy nutrition through interviews, articles, and social media.
