LineIn improves patient access and eases pressure on practice teams through bespoke clinical call handling and care navigation support services. Our GP call handling solutions offer a single point of access, managing patient calls, conducting needs assessments, and providing clinical triage support for GP practices across the UK.

In 2024 LineIn managed over 6,600 calls a day, looking after over 520,000 patients across more than 40 practices and PCNs. Our staff completed and actioned in excess of 13 patient queries an hour including full triage, whereby each patient call is triaged, actioned and admin completed in under 5 minutes per call.

Through our expert approach to primary care call handling, we ensure that every interaction our team has with patients leads to a positive, compassionate, and efficient outcome. Ultimately freeing up clinical time for complex care while respectfully signposting less urgent cases.
