We are delighted to once again be curating the sessions for the GP Business Hub at MIMS Learning Live, and looking forward to bringing you the advice and knowledge you need to ensure a successful future for your practice and PCN.

We’ll kick off the day with a focus on practice finance and understanding how your practice and PCN can make better use of data and your workforce and existing resources to ensure your business is profitable and sustainable.

We’ll also be looking at how you can make best use of the wealth of data available to make better decisions and improve patient care, how to work out which new technologies can help you in your practice – including live demonstrations of some of these products in action - and what strategic decisions you can make now to help sure your organisation is in good shape for 2027 and beyond.

In addition we’ll be hearing practical examples of how one practice delivered sustainable growth and how neighbourhoods are being delivered on the ground (and what this means for the practices and PCNs involved).
